You’ll have to make sure that the Xbox 360 is always connected to the laptop or the desktop computer via the LAN or ethernet cable. Plug the VGA to USB adaptor into one of the laptop's USB 2.0 ports. Connect the other end of the VGA cable to the Xbox. Connect the 3.5mm audio adaptor into the microphone port of the laptop. Connect the RCA cables to the video capture card.
